ABOUT
KELSEY

My interest in reflexology began following my diagnosis with multiple sclerosis in 2018 and was looking for ways to support my wellbeing alongside conventional healthcare. After exploring several holistic therapies, I discovered reflexology which became an important part of my own wellbeing.
Experiencing the benefits of reflexology first-hand inspired me to train professionally and develop my own practice.
I am now a fully qualified Reflexology Practitioner and member of the Association of Reflexologists. I continue to develop my knowledge through further training, including Oncology Reflexology, and have a growing understanding of how reflexology and complementary holistic therapies can support wellbeing, both emotionally and physically.
Through my own experiences, I’ve found a path that I’m particularly drawn to, which is supporting people living with long-term health conditions, including autoimmune and neurological conditions, as well as those navigating cancer. This has led me to work at a charity-run neurological centre alongside my own practice, an experience that continues to deepen my understanding of the body and the importance of personalised, compassionate care.
Through both my own experience and my work as a practitioner, I have seen that reflexology really is for everyone. You don’t need to have a specific health concern to benefit. Sometimes, simply taking time to pause, relax and reconnect with yourself is reason enough.
No two people are the same, and every treatment should reflect that. My aim is to provide thoughtful, individualised treatments. Each session is adapted to how you are feeling and what you need at that particular time, creating an experience that feels right for you and your body.
I also hold a current DBS check, providing additional reassurance and peace of mind.
